Jonathan (“Jon”) Lee

Director of Planning

As a Director of Planning for Lincoln’s National Planning Department, Jon is the primary planning contact for Lincoln’s offices in Phoenix, Greater LA/Westlake Village, Orange County, San Diego, and the California Fringe Benefit RPG. In his role, Jon provides consulting services to Lincoln advisors in all areas of financial planning with specialization in estate and business succession planning. Jon also collaborates with advisors to develop comprehensive personalized financial plans to address their clients’ goals and objectives. Having served on several advisory committees for Lincoln, Jon was heavily involved in developing national planning initiatives so advisors had greater access to the intellectual capital and expertise available throughout the organization.

Jon graduated from the University of California, Davis in 1994 with a double major in physiology and psychology. After a career in the pharmaceutical industry as a research scientist, Jon is utilizing his analytical background to further develop the financial planning practices of the advisors with whom he works.
